Participants identify their own cultural lenses and the lenses of others, strengthen respect and communication amongst school staff, and build the skills necessary to create inclusive and welcoming work and learning environments, including responding effectively to prejudicial remarks and/or behavoirs.

Everyone is talking about bullying, but this participatory workshop helps participants to identify types of bullying, mistreatment, and harassment in their school community, understand the root causes of violence, identify ways to prevent violence, and practice non-violent intervention techniques when confronted with mistreatment.
