Our Workshops:

NCBI workshops create safe learning enviornments for participants to explore prejudice reduction, violence prevention and interventoin, and leadership development. Our workshops are experiential; through small group work, discussion, faciliatated story-telling, emotional support, and role play, participants deepen their understanding of oppression, mistreatment, and violence, develop their leadership skills, and learn to be a strong ally for all groups. NCBI workshops don't shy away from important issues - we tackle them in a non-blaming, uplifting, and even fun way.
