Who We Are
Our NCBI teams are made up of women and men from
diverse ethnic, cultural, class, religious backgrounds, and sexual
orientations. We are high school students, smokejumpers, grandmothers,
educators, and veterans.
Building bridges between groups is our mission. All of our trainers have completed
a three-day Training
of Trainers workshop, and continue to develop our skills through attending regular
chapter meetings and other leadership development opportunities.
